What does my friend mean when he says the 4 beat rule? hes a dj and is going to teach me, he said do i know the 4 beat rule? whats that, is that how all djs dj?
Also for music production does the same rule apply?

How can I get my house to sell quickly?

Our house has been for sale for about 3 months now and we REALLY want it to sell soon so we can move back to our home state. The market here is slow… a lot of houses for sale and not many buyers. We have fixed our house all up - it’s almost completely remodeled. What can I do to make it sell quickly - any ideas????
We are using a realtor and yeah he seems really lazy. His contract is up in a month and we were thinking we’d change companies.
It is a slow market - not many buyers and way too many houses for sale in the same price range. No it is not unusual or in a bad location - and it has all new windows, walls, AC, paint, etc. We are living here so of course we have our furniture and stuff but most of it is new too so it looks nice I think.

Im trying to decide which associae program to take and i need toknow the difference between the two as far as what they offer on an education level. I would rather have the opinion of people who are taking one of them now, already have taken one of the two and/or working in the one of the two fields. What are some brands of shoes that look nice but can be worn for serious ballroom, salsa and swing dance?

I am interested in brands other than those that identify themselves as “dance shoes” (like Capezio). For exaple, I found a pair of Kenneth Cole pumps that look great and are sooooo comfortable; I can dance in them (vigorously) for hours. Any serious dancers out there with suggestions?
