I want to get my dad a cool electronic for his birthday, any ideas?

Is there any device out there that I can drag music and videos into so he can watch them, BESIDES the iPod?

An iPod would be cool so he wouldn’t have to deal with all his CDs but he’s no a fan of earbuds/earphones or tiny screens.

Any ideas? I was thinking maybe there is another device that does this BESIDES the iPod or computer :)
